Island Water Sports and Island Partnership celebrates the 25th year of Midnight Madness
Deerfield Beach, FL (September 30, 2010)-Come celebrate with Island Water Sports in hosting its 25th year of Midnight Madness presented by the Island Partnership of Deerfield Beach. The Island Partnership is a 501 ( 6 ) organization formed to implement economic development opportunities within the city of Deerfield Beach.
Midnight Madness will be held on Friday, October 15, 2010 doors open @ 8AM and the event starts at 10AM showcasing a series of interactive stations, vendor tents, feature bands, celebrities and artists providing live demonstrations, tons of giveaways throughout the day and other exciting activities. Featured musical guests include: Alexander, Buffalo Gun, BLORR, Dark Horse Saloon and Hanna.
Other interactive activities include the Skull Candy Skate Park course featuring Kulcha Shok’s Lance-O DJ’ing and a half pipe to be built in the street for patron participation. Pro skaters’ Chad Tim Tim, Christian Hosoi, Jud Heald, Brian Sumner and Josh Harmony will provide live demonstrations and an autograph signing session. Artists’ The Froelich Brothers, Patrick Maxcy and Tanner Kaufman will create a mural to be auctioned at the end of the event.
The retail special event is open to the public with a VIP program available for $20 per person for discounts with the local merchants, which include food, entertainment and information on the Island Partnership and its future special events.
