SHIPPING & RETURNS

We believe that every item we sell will give you complete satisfaction. You may return your purchase for a refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase. Original receipt required. The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition. You can send the item back to us at the address below at your expense. Once we receive and inspect your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.

The Fine Print:

• No returns or exchanges on Ladies Swimwear, Sunglasses, Surfboards, Skimboards, Paddleboards, Skateboards, Sale Items, Jewelry, or any Used Products. No Exceptions. 
• All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
• Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
• We may test returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
• Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
• Items should be returned using a trackable shipping method and insured for your protection.
