Ecommerce Order Fulfillment Specialist

Position Summary:

We are looking for a results-oriented, self-motivated individual with great attention to detail. As an Ecommerce Fulfillment Specialist you will be a key player in providing an excellent customer experience through delivering the right product on time.

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
  • Pull, pack, and ship online orders using web based shipping software.
  • Process Return Merchandise Authorizations.
  • Customer service for online orders using phone, chat, and support ticket software.
  • Track and maintain inventory of eCommerce products.
  • Work with team members to insure our shipments are cost effective.
  • Monitor and investigate all orders to minimize fraud.
  • Proactively identify problems, suggest solutions, and independently resolve issues.

Required Skills:
  • High attention to detail & ability to follow directions.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrates professional judgment in resolution of conflicts and problem solving.
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced enviornment
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office)
  • Strong customer service and people skills.
  • Ability to manually lift 30+ lbs

Education Required:

High School graduate of GED required. College degree preferred, but not required.

Bonus Points:
  • Experience with Marketplace selling (Amazon, eBay)
  • Experience with shopping carts (Magento, Shopify)
  • Experience with domestic & international shipping.

Position Overview:
  • Part of Full Time postiions, on location
  • Pay Depends on Experience
