Handling Time

Orders are typically processed Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
Orders placed online after 2:00pm EST will be processed the next business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

Free Shipping

IWS offers Free Standard Shipping for purchases in-store or online with orders $50 and up. Standard Shipping is typically USPS first-class mail or UPS Ground. Delivery times can vary based on the destination. Not sure if this is the right option? Call us 954-427-4929

  • Excludes oversized items such as body boards, surfboards, stand up paddleboards.
  • IWS shipping department reserves the rigtht to determine what will be considered an oversized item. 

In Store Pickup

We LOVE visitors. Feel free to shop online and have your order ready for pickup in our store. Most orders are ready for pickup within 1-2 hours. 

  • Orders ready for pickup will be notified by email.
  • Make sure to have your oder number and photo ID ready to pick up your purchase.
  • Pickup is available during standard store hours, 7 days a week.

Shipping Wthin The US

IWS offers flat rate shipping for products ordered online or in-store. Shipping prices are based on order totals excluding any shipping, handling, duties, or taxes. Excludes oversided items. Days estimated are in business days.

International Shipping (Excluding Oversized Items)

IWS can ship any item, anywhere. Some items may require a custom quote but most items are available internationally at checkout. Our site now shows you the duties/customs charges, and shipping so there are no surprises when your package arrives. The duties and customs are paid for before the item ships. This excludes oversized items. If your country is not available at this time for us to ship directly, we will happily ship to any US based freight forwarder. You may use any company you choose. 9-5 import and BraBox are examples of local companies available. IWS does no endorse any specific company for this service. We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges as needed but will contact you before doing so.

ISLAND WATER SPORTS ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We believe that every item we sell will give you complete satisfaction. Our standard policy is that most items can be returned within 30 days from purchase at the store or receipt of shipment. Some products have certain restrictions or exclusions as outlined below. Once we receive and inspect your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.

Return Options

  • Return In Person: Visit us 7 days a week at Island Water Sports, 1985 NE 2nd Street, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441.
  • Ship Your Return: Please contact our customer serivce team before shipping your product to us Support@Islandwatersports.com.

Exceptions & Details Include:

  • Returns or exchanges may be issued within 30 days of purchase for most items. 
  • No returns or exchanges on ladies swimwear, surfboards, skateboards, stand up paddle boards, sale items, or used products.  
  • IWS is an authorized reseller of products. Manufacturer defects are handled directly with the manufacturer. 
  • All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. 
  • Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.  
  • Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
  • IWS may test returns and impose a customer fee equal to 50 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. 
  • Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product
  • Items should be returned using a trackable shipping method Items that are returned as a result of an issue on our part will receive a pre-paid label. Otherwise, return shipping may be required to be purchased by the buyer.
  • If an item is damaged during shipping, you must keep all boxes, packing materials, etc. and provide us with photos of the damage. In some cases it is required for the shipper to inspect the materials before we can issue a credit or exchange.
